Lesley is the Client Services Lead, responsible for providing service support to clients and training. Lesley looks after the MyMeds&Me frontline support systems and processes to ensure delivery of software services to ensure customer expectations are met. Lesley previously worked as a multilingual Client Support Analyst and as a Training Consultant at Phase Forward before moving to Australia for several years. She has a BA Hons degree and her interests, amongst many, include reading, travel and the outdoors.
